When can I expect my order?
Did you place your order before 3 p.m. on a working day? Then your order will be delivered the next day (with the exception of Sundays and public holidays) by PostNL.
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the track and trace code with which you can follow your package.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will try to deliver the product to the neighbors or offer it again the next day. If this is not possible, the package can be picked up at a collection point. You will then receive a notification in your letterbox.
Do I have to pay the shipping costs?
Shipping is free with LABEL 27.
Can I track the status of my order?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the Track & Trace code with which you can track your package.
How is it possible that my Track & Trace code does not work?
Your package can be followed from the moment the driver has registered his route of the day. The code is therefore effective 12 hours after you have received it.
My package has not been delivered, what should I do now?
It may be that your package has been delayed by the carrier. We therefore recommend that you first carefully view the track and trace code. This indicates what time the package will be delivered.
If the track and trace code indicates something strange, you can contact our customer service. Our customer service will then help you further.
Can I change the delivery address if the order has already been placed?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. To deliver your order as quickly as possible, we will get started right away. Unfortunately we can no longer make changes.
Have not all items been delivered?
Multiple items in an order may be delivered in parts. We will inform you clearly about this. You can follow the parcel to be delivered and its delivery status via the new track & trace code that has been sent by email.
Is your order unfortunately not available?
In the unlikely event that an item is not available, we will notify you within 5 working days. We will refund the paid amount as soon as possible to the account used for payment, when Klarna has been chosen, the invoice will be adjusted.
We continuously monitor our online range with the greatest possible care. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it can happen that during the processing of the order it appears that an item is no longer in stock. In this case, the purchase amount of the item will be refunded within 14 days.
