My size is no longer available on the webshop, can I still order it?
If a size of a particular item is not available in the webshop, it is (temporarily) out of stock and therefore cannot be ordered. This size can still come in, leave your e-mail details with the relevant item and receive a notification when this item is available again.
Can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. With this you can view the status of the order.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders placed, because they are automatically processed in our systems. After you have received the order, you can return it. If you wish to receive the item in a different size.
Can I change my address details?
Once your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change your address details.
Did my order arrive correctly?
As soon as your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail at the e-mail address you provided. When your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a second email with the track and trace code. With this code you can track your package until it is delivered.
