Exchange and return
Within what period will my return shipment be processed?
As soon as possible, no later than 14 days after you have indicated that you wish to cancel the purchase, we will refund the purchase amount, including any (standard) shipping costs for the return shipment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
When the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded as follows:
– iDeal: The purchase amount will be back on your account within three working days.
– MasterCard / Visa: The purchase amount will be back on your credit card statement within three working days.
– Klarna: The purchase amount is deducted from your Klarna invoice.
How many days can I return my items?
You have 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in original packaging with original hangtag.
You are liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory.
How can I return my items with Post NL?
Specify via the return portal which item (s) you are returning.
State the reason for return.Put the item to be returned in the original packaging, print the return slip and stick it on the packaging.
Please note: the item must be unworn and provided with the attached price tag. If this is not the case, we cannot process the return.
Hand in your return shipment at a Post NL point and keep the proof of shipment. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return has been processed. You will receive the purchase amount back to your account within 14 days. If you have paid with Pay Later, the claim will lapse.
What are the costs for returning my items?
We charge a fee of € 2.99 for returning your LABEL 27 order. This amount will be deducted from your return payment. At PostNL, you must return the package to us with the shipping label received with your order via a PostNL location. If you wish to return with another carrier, the full direct costs for the return are for your own account.
I have chosen to pay via Klarna. Do I have to pay my invoice for a return?
No, this is not necessary. A Klarna invoice is automatically settled with the return shipment. If the entire order has been returned, you will receive an adjusted invoice from Klarna via e-mail with only the return fee of € 2.99. When part of the order has been returned, Klarna will send a modified invoice via email with the remaining amount and the return fee of € 2.99.
I have returned my order but receive a reminder from Klarna.It may be the case that your return has not yet been fully processed within Klarna’s payment term. In this case, you can postpone the payment term by 10 working days on the Klarna website.
When you have returned the package, it takes a maximum of 10 working days before we have received and processed your return. As soon as your return has been processed with us, you will receive an adjusted Klarna invoice within 24 hours.
The following conditions apply to exchanges or returns:
– Returns are only accepted within the return period of 14 days.
– The clothing has not been worn and/or washed.
– There are no food stains, make-up stains, body odors or cigarette smells on the items.
– No attempt has been made to repair a defect.
– Jewelry and lingerie cannot be returned from a hygienic point of view.
– The original hangtag is still attached to the article. If reasonably possible, return the item in its original packaging.
– The shipping risk of the return is for the buyer.- Insufficient or non-stamped returns will not be accepted by us.
– Product and/or delivery errors must be reported to us with a description within 14 days after delivery.
If our exchange and return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return shipments and charge you the shipping costs.
Is it possible to return a (sale) item?
If (sale) purchases do not meet expectations, there is the option to return them.
What kind of warranty do I have on my purchase?
The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
What is the exchange or return procedure?
Unfortunately, an exchange is not yet possible. We advise you to place a new order yourself.
When will I get my money back?
When we have received your return package, we will refund the money to your account within 14 days.
